4. Cancellations and Refunds

All content on the MoveShifts website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MoveShifts and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from MoveShifts.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
